The AVTranz management team includes some of the most experienced professionals in the digital court reporting industry. Janet Harris, General Manager, is also a founder of AAERT and is a past president of the Association. No organization in the country has the years of experience and the successful track record in the digital court reporting market.
Janet Harris operated Harris Reporting Company from 1990-2010 and co-founded AAERT in 1994. She received her Bachelor of Computer Science from Smith College, May 2013. Janet joined AVTranz June, 2013.
Michele Lilley managed the administrative operations for FTR Ltd. from 1995 until she joined AVTranz in 2008. Her organizational, administrative and marketing skills make her a perfect fit for AVTranz.
Andrea Larson joined AVTranz in April of 2008. She brings over 25 years of customer service experience. Her positive attitude and professionalism are great assets to AVTranz and its customers.
Davette Repola, an AAERT certified digital reporter and transcriber, joined AVTranz in 2005. Based in the Companys Tucson office, she brings more than 15 years of varied legal industry experience.
Frankie Powers joined AVTranz in 2010. She started her career as a Certified Legal Verbatim Reporter. Frankie has played a key role as AVTranz has tripled production capacity since 2010.
Regional Production Manager
Prior to joining AVTranz in 2011, Kelly DesLauriers was the transcription manager for a Vermont full-service court reporting firm where she managed the day-to-day operations of its court transcription service.
Harold Ferguson joined AVTranz in 1994. He is a published author and has assisted in writing all of the Companys comprehensive procedures documents for transcript compliance with all client requirements.
